	Tugaloo Corridor is a project of the Stephens County Foundation
In 2001, Stephens County Foundation (SCF) commissioned Franzman/Davis & Associates to create a conceptual master plan entitled "Tugaloo River Greenway". Since the study was to create a conceptual plan, it is up to SCF to provide a more detailed master plan. SCF has formed a Long-Range Planning committee to produce a plan which is detailed enough to proceed on individual projects within the plan. This will allow each project to be compatible with other projects and the overall plan. These pages provide a medium through which the committee can communicate internally and also make the planning process public. Public comment is encouraged.
